Abbey oversees the business initiatives and project processes of 1989 Creative Co. She has been in tech industry for over 20 years and spent more than half of that time at BlackBerry directly helping the President & CEO not only scale the business but his own brand. Abbey loves helping tech startups develop strategic partnerships that will allow them to compete at a global level but her passion is showing leaders how to "keep the trains running on time' by building lightweight processes that can adjust as they scale. She is known for keeping two steps ahead of what’s coming next to ensure the agency runs at its best for our clients and our teams. Her only fault is that she openly admits to liking “YMCA” by The Village People.

Megan solves problems with a go-getter attitude. Her passion for organization and process took her from the rink to project management, where she has four years of experience leading teams and developing full-scale project plans. Her enthusiasm for her work makes her a strong communicator, and she believes successes should be celebrated along the way. The only thing she loves more than country music is being outside.
